Postage Methods

For large orders over, approx. over 5kg in weight, Parcelforce is used for the delivery. Either next day or 48 hour services are available, please ask for details.

For smaller sized parcels, Royal Mail first class postage is ued, which is usually delivered on a next day basis after posting, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Returns Policy

Customers have the right to cancel an order within seven days of placing the order, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Customers cancelling their orders will have their payment refunded - minus shipping costs and 5% handling fee - within seven days of the company's receipt of the returned goods.

The seven-day period is allowed for returns and is not intended to allow customers to 'trial' the product and all products returned must be unused and in new condition in order for us to accept the return. Please contact us to authorise a return.

Returns of non-faulty goods are not normally entitled to a postage refund, so customers with any doubts over suitability of products are encouraged to contact us in person before placing an order.
